I felt the same way yesterday...& took in as much peacefulness & visual beauty that makes it bearable over this weekend....I didn't need to visit disturbing images over & over again that are forever etched in memory. Depleting yourself means you have less to give. Filling up lets you remain resilient & able to give back. And nature remembers eternally.....
