Boston Up Close. Literally.

When I travel, my camera and I are inseparable. So on a recent trip to Boston, I double-checked to make sure that it was safely tucked in my bag before leaving the house.

I didn't discover until I arrived in Boston, that the lens on the camera was not my regular lens, but a macro lens. Meant for close-up photography only.

Are.You.Kidding Me.Universe? Put me in a photogenic city for ten days (on my birthday, no less) and only allow me to shoot things that are two inches from my face? Why not just waterboard me? That would be more humane....
