Eyjafjallajokull? Both the name and the pictures are really amazing!

Have fun in Iceland!

I love that last shot...proof!! Still the scientist...back it up with data & third party proof...loved the photo with the search & rescue boys too.....
The volcano shots are too spectacular for words...we'd have to make new ones up. What a wonderful birthday present nature arranged for you this year. Makes you wonder what will come next.
And only you could be trusted to get all that spelling right!! Can you give us a clue how it gets pronounced?? Sharon

Absolutely spectacular photos.... what a time to be in Iceland, Basia! And I thought the pathetic red glow from the volcano on the Big Island, HI was awesome....

Happy Birthday with no candles needed.

This is a perfect birthday blast Basia :-) Enjoy ! Beautiful pictures as usual. I am happy you made it so far :-) Take care !

Fantabulous!

When the whole world is running away from Eyjafjallajokull...trust you to go all the way to see it....
Way to go Basia... :D
Congrats..You got your b'day wish.

Alba: I definitely did have fun in Iceland!

Sharon: Stay tuned for pronunciation-

Mary: LOL, yes candles would have been superfluous this year.

Manjula:Glad you are enjoying the pics, Manjula.

Panks: Isn't it?

Aarthi:I sure did! ;o)

Fantastic, Basia--yes, what a wonderful birthday candle! I'm so happy for you that you were able to see this spectacular sight. Happy Birthday!

Sheila: LOL, volcano as birthday candle, I love it. Never thought of that. Maybe I should have tried to blow it out? ;o)
