In Rochester, there are cats and dogs aplenty, but I can go a whole year without seeing any other animal. Here, I think I've seen the entire animal alphabet.
(OK, so it's not really the entire alphabet - I'm missing a few letters - but why is it that in the English language, half of animal names start with "C"?)

Basia, when are you going to work for National Geographic. I'm serious! You can write, you take better than professional photographs, and you aren't afraid of adventure! Those photos are star quality!
